Pio Pico’s Tacos was founded by George Tamayo, a Southern California native with a passion for authentic Mexican food.
Our menu takes its inspiration from the food served at the family table. We use a mesquite grill to give our beef and chicken their smoky flavor. Other meats are slow cooked and infused with flavor in-house.
All of our salsas, rubs, and sauces are made from scratch daily. From the first bite to the last bit of salsa, we’re here to bring fresh, authentic Mexican food to Ontario Ranch.
